Default Painted Intake, Fuel Rails, and Valve Covers

Figured I'd share, I think it looks pretty good. May do some tasteful white pinstriping as well.

Spent the past few hours cleaning this stuff up and painting it.
It's 3 coats of metallic black lacquer with 3 coats of high temp clear coat.
IMO, the bare aluminum valve covers look trashy and unfinished compared to this.

Those VC grooves are just asking for pinstripes. Coil packs will make a nice contrast as well. Though it's all gonna be hidden under some vette fuel rail covers. At least I'll know how awesome it looks.

Fuel rail covers? I think the white coil packs would be all the bling you need. I secretly been wanting some too though Its just you have to trim the **** out of them to get them to fit.

I got a set from chad when I bought all his stuff off him. They're already trimmed to fit. I wasn't planning on getting any but they were free so why not? If I don't like them you can take them.

Nah, I think I'll keep them as they are and see how it looks. The corvette letters are filled in red.

I've been thinking about doing mine in black wrinkle VHT paint. Did you can spray or gun spray?
