TB round plate???? wat is it

TB round plate???? wat is it So I bought a brand new TB bearings and slave cylinder. The package came with a. Quarter inch round plate that fist behind the tb perfectly. Its round and grey and I have no idea were it goes. It has 2 holes and 2 notches on the side. I'm thinking its kinda of a shime or something but I dunno n don't want to countinue installation wothout knoing wat it is.
Ill get a pic up later but its round with 2 holes on the side for the bolts to go threw and 2 square notches opposite of the holes on the side. Looks like a fat spacer. Fits behind the slave cylinder.
