Default would i benefit by going....

would i benefit rwhp/rwtq by going bigger headers from 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 and from the stock ls3 to a ported fast 102 for rect. heads?

current set up is
stock ls3 manifold
pacesetter 1 3/4
tsp 408 lq9/ls3/l92 set up

I pretty much asked the same question about 6 months ago and the answers i got were NO. I have a head/cam/intake car with lg 1 3/4 and was thinking about swithching to some 1 7/8 arh's...Not from experience but i would say 1-2 rwhp tops...From what gathered if your running a stock displacement ls3, no need for the larger header...But please feel free to try it and let me know

Janette racing did a header test comparison at camaro5.com on a stock SS and the 2" headers made more HP throughout the entire band if I'm not mistaken but the 1 7/8 made the better hp n tq
