Default Buy slave cylinder or not?

A little backround. I currently have a LS6 clutch. Pedal sticks to the floor. Did the drill mod and DOT 4 fluid. Still happens. I do know my clutch is worn so it could be the PP.

I am upgrading to a Centerforce twin disk right now and while it was apart should I replace the slave or will the clutch fix my probem finally? Or does anyone reccomend to get an aftermarket slave to run that clutch? If so which one is the best?

I am also considering changing the Master but I feel maybe my stock driled one will be alright.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, I figured mine would not be sufficient. What is your opinion on the master cylinder?

i know people who have gone mid/low 10's on the stock master and say that there is no need to upgrade and others who say that the tick master was the best clutch upgrade they did, so im not sure. if you have high miles, id say do one but if not, you will prob be fine

I do have low miles. I am confident now that the weak link is the slave cylinder. I can easily access the master cylinder if the problem still persists. Easier than the slave cylinder anyways.

+1. I did a new clutch and went with a new Delco slave cylinder and it ended up being bad and leaked fluid all over my clutch.

The GM slave cylinder is a much more stout part - you'll want to avoid Delco for this part.
