Default Opinions?

I have a 1999 white Z28 with RS ground effects. I bought the car with a set of chrome zr1's with a big lip on the back. They were in really bad shape so I put a set of black 9.5 zr1's on it and those are what I have now. I like them but they do not have the deep lip. I have always been a fan of chrome over black but my car can definitely pull the black wheels off. I am going to buy a new set of big rear lip zr1's soon and I can't make up my mind on if I want to stick with black or go back with chrome so I was wanting to know your opinions. I have pictures of both sets of wheels in my album on my profile. Let me know ehat you think.

Thanks for the vote. I don't know about ditching the ground effects. I guess I'm just one of those few people that actually like it. It stands out where I'm from

Wow man I'm diggin the black WITH the ground fx. Together they look amazing, but would indeed be better with the big 17x11 lip on back.

Negative on the Chrome, looks cheap to me. Black gets boring after a couple months.

yeah I don't care all that much for chrome or black wheels, chrome doesn't look as nice as polished alum.,and I had black wheels before and they get old fast,as soon as I took off my black wheels for a set of polished wheels I was kicking my self inside saying (why didn't you do that months ago)and that was when not a lot of people had black, now everyone has them,I have a few pics of members camaros ill see if I can find them to give ya some ideas

Being that i love white in a camaro, and if i ever owned white, i would go with chrome. Especially a white camaro sitting on some TT2..

But also, a white camaro will look sick with some black ZR1 also. It will look great either way. Chrome TT2 or black ZR1 FTW on a white camaro!!

I'm not a fan of black or chrome either... I'd honestly got with a argent colored wheel or a machined face wheel on your set up.

Between the two i'd say chrome (black on white is too plaid out IMO) but im not really a fan of either on a sports car. I went with gunmetal C6 Z06 for my white firebird...but either way Nice car man!!!!!

I would agree with this, polished is also too much work, so your only option is machined faced!
