Negative Trader Feedback - camaro2you.... What do you guys suggest/think

So heres the deal. I bought an ls6 intake from camaro2you. My PM's to him clearly state, 320shipped Via USPS. I only use USPS as there is no hidden charge once it hits Canada, Its usually cheaper on both ends (he saves as its cheaper and less on shipping for him, and its less overall for me on the total bill). Now I get the intake, shipped UPS. With a nice bill of 72.91. The exact reason I stated USPS.
I sent him a PM, He's been online several times since. Apparently he feels no need to reply... So now its in the open.
I dont care how much a guy ships stuff out. I have shipped LOTS. I read everything well as to not screw up. If I would screw up, I take the loss(i've refunded on damaged goods to avoid the whole shipping insurance crap)
I feel he owes me 72.91. What about you guys?

he's an asshole. ive also had issues with him. sent numerous pms and still got no responce from him. its been at least a month by now.

that's just !@%#$*& GREAT!!!!!:mad2: (and i apologize for this being a little long) i bought a NBM RH fender from him on 2/1/11 and specifically told him to wrap it in bubble wrap before boxing it as not to damage paint or break anything as the pic he sent me of it was in GREAT condition. i receive the fender on 2/10/11 and it's sitting at my door shipped thru UPS.....wrapped in Saran Wrap--NOT shrink wrap or shipping wrapping--with a shop rag taped to the upper corner......and that is it--NO BOX, NOTHING!!!!
i unwrap the Saran Wrap, and the fender had been twisted during shipping and paint is cracked and falling off of it and a 50 cent piece missing in the front....along with a broken off lower mount. i called him as his number is on the label (he is getting a new tattoo as i was speaking to him) and he assures me once he sees that i have filed a claim with UPS he will reimburse my PayPal account. i file a UPS claim 2/11/11 and have i PM'd him different times and periodically i would get a response he is waiting for the fender to show up to his UPS Store in which he finally acknowledges it's there but he hasn't gotten there to get it.
so i haven't heard anything for almost a week from him, our UPS driver on my end says i should call the seller's UPS Store where he shipped it from and see what's going on. so on 2/23/11 i call and they tell me the seller has been notified but has been a "no show"--i ask about the claim and they checked with UPS and said it has been "denied" because of "SELLER'S POOR PACKAGING"!!!! so i try to call and find out what he wants to do for me getting reimbursed--and his cell number has been "changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service" as for Verizon's recording.
i immediately filed a claim with PayPal and talked to them direct with the given info including the UPS Store's phone number, who i spoke too, etc. and am waiting to see what comes of that end of it.....
am i wrong in doing what i have done in filing a claim or has anyone else had issues similiar to this????? Thanks for letting me vent!!!!!

it seems to be that way as i have read a few "negative" feedback on him after i am dealing with him......he was pretty decent when i was buying it and even on the phone when i called to explain what happened.....and i will admit the packing job he did was terrible and it is partly to blame i would think with the UPS Store letting it ship like that......i had a LH one shipped from California and not a scratch, chip, or peel in the paint.....but he put it in a box and had wrapping around it too!
but now his phone is disconnected or number changed and no reply to PM.....i called the UPS Store again today where he shipped it from and they told me he was there today but didn't take the fender with him, and that he said he would be back in tomorrow to ship some other stuff he sold,.....WTF? i am out the money i paid for the fender and UPS has the fender......

I unfortunately know him personally and although i didnt get ripped off on any deals, lemme tell you, this spiteful little prick is quick to write you off.
last summer, after having an argument with him (didnt even threaten him or get closer than an arms reach away) , he called the cops on me and left me stranded in ocean city, maryland, over 3 hours from my house. i kid you not. He's a real stand up guy *lots of sarcasm*. He's a spoiled brat who is used to getting his way. According to his ex girlfriends, he's a jealous, insecure control freak who sucks in bed too. ---> true story :lol:

well, i will have to re-cant on my negative posts on him a little on the fucked up fender deal.....i DID receive a full refund from him directly on 3/2/11 so i thought i would let you guys know he did step up and get me a refund on my misfortune on a fender i bought from him......thought i would let you guys know that so maybe you can hold out for some hope on your end too! Thanks!
