So I've been running my.boosted t brake full suspension car with et drag.slicks for years and they work great. What I don't like is at the top end the car walks alittle and it feels dangerous.
What if I switched to a 275 60 15 mt drag radial with a little stiffer side wall. Would that even come close to hooking on a 9sec car with 1.4 60s?

Radials are harder on drivetrain components.
A friend of mine has a 1,200whp supra, he uses Mickey Thompson drag radials 275/55r15 and hooks in second gear on the street, but for track racing he uses slicks due to the lesser strain on the rearend and transmission.

I'm running tubular every thing, adjustable torque arm set to negative 3. Qa1s all the way around with 275 rate in front. 4l65e 3600 stall using a t brake and launching on 10psi. 3800lbs.

Any update on this thread? How did it work for you? I have the 275 40 17s and they do not hook. Thinking about between qtps or the 295s and prostars. Im 490 rwhp through on on yank 3600
