Default iron 415 for boost

Looking at a 415 6.0. Its 4.065 x 4 in stroke. Yeah or nehh. Just wondering how thick walls are.

How much boost.. what power level are you after?
You'ld likely be better with 4.030 bore

I agree with Whistler here. If you are going boost I don't see a need to bore the motor all the way out to 4.065. Just do a 4.030" that way you have some room for a rebuild. Boost doesn't need cubes to make the power anyway.
