Default I'm done modding...maybe

Mine is a mildly driven primary car most of the
year. I don't think there is much else I want
to do to keep it emissions friendly and streetable.
Here's most of what I did:
Direct flo lid, Corsa, Hotchkis SFC
SLP STB, Pro 5.0 w/lss, LG G2 LCA
1LE PHR, Bilsteins, St35 sway

I know we always say this is it but before I spend
the money for good headers or a H/C package
which will lead to rear end and clutch
I'm saving for another 91-92 Z28 for possible
ls1/t56 conversion down the road. sound like a plan

.
I don't know why you would ever want to save for a 91-92 and put money into it to have it be slower then your current car, when you could just put the money into your current car and make it a bunch faster?

Not being a dick, just wondering why?

I would say, Rear end, clutch, H/C = cheaper then 91-92 fbod with LS1/T56 conversion and you come up with a much faster/better looking car. You could even spend the left over grand or so on a beater car.

phantom,
I not getting rid of the 99, I want both.
I'm not a track guy so absolute speed isn't
everything to me-I have more than enough
power for the street already.

Personally I think the 91/2's are the best looking
fbods-just my 2 cents. I wrecked the one I had
and want another. The conversion thing is just
cause the it has to be a manual and you can only
get a 305. First off they are hard as hell to find
second I'd like more than what the 305 can but out.
That's a long term idea. First off finding one in
good shape is the hard thing then painting it more
than likely.

Like the other guys said its a matter of what you
want, I'd rather have 2 sweet *** fbods that I could
proudly take to a show than one 11 sec car.

I've been on boards since I got in my first
LS1 in 98. I still miss my 91 though and want
another more than I want to make my car, which
never sees the track, a viper killer. I'm a Camaro
enthusiant-having 2 would be too sweet, just
deciding which to drive which day.
That would make me happier.
Always wanted a "Steeler Edition" yellow w/black stripes

As far as lowering, no thanks due to POS PA roads/hills.
That really is a limiting factor in alot of stuff.
I can't even run real good tires-my BFG KD slung
the car all over riding on grooves, cracks, potholes....
I sold them

I've said I'm done before but this time I just don't really
see much I want. I'm sure I'll do something little

Had a friend once tell me after a long night of drinking that he was never going to do it again. Didn't want to feel that bad again on the morinng after type story. Yeah well, he is **** housed right now. The moral of the story is that there are some itches that just have to be scratched.
