Pontiac GTO 2004-2006 - Anyone know the SOCAL GTO

I am currently looking to get a GTO, I looked at a one today and saw that it was modified. The dealer has no idea about the modifications (big surprise) but I'm hoping that someone on here might recognize it. The car is a 2006 Impulse blue GTO LIC. 64OG, It was registered in SOCAL (Huntington Beach area). From what I could see it had JBA (CARB approved) :) shorties, a B&M shifter and some sort of exhaust. The car felt as I might have a cam. The car also has 93.XXX miles, the clutch grabs fairly high would this be a symptom of a original clutch that will need replacing soon. Another question does the traction control button light up as the lock button next to it, because this one didn't nor did it give me a warning light on the cluster when I tried to engage/disengage it.
