Default Miss fire issue

I have a miss fire in one of the cylinders I believe, car stubles to about 3500 and then comes to life, with no change in throttle postion. How would I go about chasing this down. Number 1 was missing after having it scanned at a shop but it was due to a loose plug. Ran fine before parking it for the winter and now the miss is back checked all plugs for tightness and they were good. Also no engine codes.

2000 trans am, Mods on car consist of rear o2 delete sims. headers, offroad y pipe, msd wires ngk plugs.t56 car

is their a hand held that can give me live cylinder by cylinder read out also looking to delete the emissions, can I delete the codes with a hand held?

Suggest you have some data logs done, and see what shows up. B4 I did the delete thing, I'd correct the problem[s].

Check for leaks, exhaust/intake.

hooked car up to a live scanner at the local shop, and after about 45 seconds of running cylinder 8 missfired 6 times. could this be something as simple as a bad plug?
