Default Help with 98 T/A fuel pump!

Hey guys, my bro's T/A needs a fuel pump! Hes not working right now so money is tight... he said auto zone told him $400 for pump...he said he found one on ebay for $90 without the housing or somthing. Can he just buy the pump like that and use the old housing, I havent done a fuel pump on a 4th gen before so not sure about this. Any help with this would be great thanks! This needs to be done as cheap as possible.

I just did mine without reusing the stock housing, I used zipties to attach the pump to the assembly and it works great. Theres a video on youtube that covers the whole install

You could use a generic walbro, or you could have a full plug and play solution from racetronix! We only use genuine Walbro's in all our assemblies.

If the car is factory or only a few mods, you can use the $107.10 Racetronix factory upgrade pump.

If he plans on more mods in the future might as well get the 255lph now! Better than doing it twice!
