I need advice on where to install my o2 sensors. I am running block hugger style headers so I don't have room in the collector to install the o2's. Where in the exhaust system should the sensors be installed? Should I purchase GM sensors? I am running a lq4 6.0.

As close to the Exhaust port as possible. If you can't mount them in the Header pipe/Collector.. put them in the Exhaust pipe as close as you can to the Header collector flange. Also don't mount them in a way were they will be collecting water/moisture. I usually have them mounted at the 3 or 9 o'clock position in the collector or pipe.

OEM GM/ACDelco or Bosch would be my choice.

I just welded in my o2 bungs last night. Here is where I put them on my setup:

I use Bosch 13444 sensors.
