Default What to do while I'm in there..

I have to replace my timing seal, intake gaskets, plugs and wires, optispark, and maybe my rear main seal.. So I'm wondering if I should just drop the engine to do this stiff, and what other things I should do while I'm at it. I figure it's worth doing everything at one time.

well with the timing stuff your gonna have to drop the oil pan, and if the rear main seal needs to be replaced then the trans will need to be disconnected, so if you have the time and tools to remove the engine i would seriously consider removing the engine and doing it all on a engine stand. It seems the easiest way to me.

as to what to do while your in there, if you can afford to do a cam properly then i would do that cause 90 percent of the work is done
