Default Dash Gauge Pod INSTALLED...

Talking about this product...

http://6litereaterdesigns.com/store/...roducts_id=224

A customer received it and sent me pics (which pretty much NEVER happens ). He had this to say...

"The gauge pod is installed and came out pretty good! I did a few mods to it cause thinking about it, I didn't want to mess with the main part of the dash since they cost so much but the lip you have on there came in very handy allowing me to attach it to the upper crash pad. Here are some photos of it installed. As you can see I removed the lip around the front and sides and left it in the rear. I then used some door edging to give it a nice seal all the way around. Your pod worked out fantastic...I never could have done this with the stock Mustang pod. Thanks for a great product!"

Here's the pics...

His car is that dark grey instead of ebony and when you take a pic the camera flash always makes it look WAY different.

In person it isn't a big deal especially since other parts of the dash are darker (cluster bezel, steering wheel, etc...).

Any thought of making a one piece drivers piller for 2 or 3 gauges but a full one, not like the Autometer ones that are "rivited" on?

I plan on making something like that to hold a lot of random things. I was looking at those on your site as a possible starting point and expanding it.
