Just picked up a 99 Trans Am today and the power seats will not move anywhere or make any noise. I havent taken the seat out yet but was going to check the fuse and it burned me. SO somethings happening but dont quite know what. Has anyone else had this problem?

There shouldn't be a fuse... there should be a 30amp circuit breaker,
The Seats (power lumbar (both sides), power driver) and the rear defrost circuit all go through there.
There should also be another 30 amp breaker right above (or below I don't recall off the top of my head) for the window circuit that you could use as a temporary replacement to see if a working breaker remedies the problem.
The fuse panel in the dash, that you have to open the drivers side door to access.

circuit breaker is what i meant, but I tried to pull it out and switch with the window relay but it was so hot it burned my finger

I think that might be problem, the breaker went bad, use a pair of pliers to get it out, see if a good one would work, if not then you probably have short somewhere

Well I switched fuses and as soon as I put the window one in the seats it sparked and I didnt want to push my luck so I removed it. I also put the seats relay in the windows and it worked fine so its not the relay, so tomorrow Ill pull the seat and see whats happening. Is there any harm in removing the relay for the time being? Sorry for all the questions I hate electrical sh*t.

update: I unplugged the relay over night and pulled switch panel off the seat and moved some stuff and made sure everything was connected. I plugged the fuse back in and BAM seat works again, I have no idea why but im not complaining.
