Default ls fox body oil pan

hey guys i just got through putting my aje k member in, and i have a 5.3 that i am going to put in it but i was worndering if there were any other options besides the camaro oil pans that i could use that would be cheeper 300$ for a oil pan is alot.

An fbody pan doesnt cost $300. This has all been covered many times by searching. You can modify a truck pan if you have the skills.

i would like to know also. been finding them myself for $300 too.
would the corvette batwing oil pan work because i have one of those?

Wow, can't believe the fbody pans are bringing that kind of money. I've got one I'd gladly sell for less than $300. PM me if you're interested.

You deff don't want any pan that is going to hang lower than a f body. Keep looking a year ago $200 with a pick up was the price.

I sold my extra pan, tray, pick up for $200 shipped about a month ago. That's the going rate used.

A CTSV oil pan should work as well, they are cheaper because anyone who bought a crate LS6 came with the V oil pan. Thats what ill be using.

boostnut you have a pm...... 300$ is what i have found on summit and though gm. but ebay isnt much better they want about 275 for them for 25 extra dollers i could have a new one which sucks either way.

I cut about 1 1/2"-1 3/4" out of my stock 5.3L pan and tig welded the bottom back on. Fits good hangs even with the bottom k member.
