Default Fuel Filters

I'm redoing my rusted out fuel lines on my car and am curious what you guys are using. I will have -6 feed and return for my current setup, and that will be plenty, but what filters are bring used and how many micron is safe on fuel injected cars?

I was looking at the inline style filters since they are small and rebuildable. But I can get 100 micron, 40 micron, and more. I was going to order a 40 micron for after the fuel pump

What do you guys recommend?
