Old news buddy, this was all over national news a few weeks back.
Yes, they can track you down, especially if people write your license plate down when you're being a dumb *** on the road and report you to the police. The fact that he put it on YouTube sealed his fate by publicly broadcasting evidence against him that they can use.

Well he got turned in bye a person watching the video and emailing it to ohp. I kinda figured it was seen by people on here. I posted it to show how gay people can be in OK. I see people in other states post this videos and nothing happens. Here someone post a video like this and they get tracked down and arrested. GAY

that's pretty silly, granted it was dangerous.
I'd imagine the road and conditions on which the illegal activities occured weighs in as to how much they are willing to pursue it legally. this is very different imo than guys that post street racing videos that occured in the middle of the night on a road in the middle of no where. also like the Arizona guys racing in the middle of the desert where maybe once an hour another car would come down the road but the terrain is so straight and flat you'll see him 5 minutes before he's anywhere near you.

The thing is, it is all on the Judge if he feels like turning the screws he will. The law states reckless disreguard for others which is a judgement call and by the video who can doubt this.

LOL dude spend the money figure out the speed?? all they have to do is count the distance between overpasses or exits or whatever.. Then its just all in the equation.. If they want to make an example they will.. it would be simple to establish a case here.

The traffic around him is the key. He will be charged with reckless driving not speeding.
