from the info i've been gathering about cams, the LS6 came makes its power in the upper RPMs. i've read that you pick up around 30 rwhp from the cam. i'm not sure about the springs though.

the ls6 cam aint my style but its a great plug and play cam that requires minimal tuning if any and has greater top end pull provided you raise your rev limiter to obtain it.

I bet its off as well or your running about 10.0 Air Fuel ratio.
Lean that bitch out, and if that isn't the problem then your cam is probally off.
I have seen 3 installs in person and the least amount of power picked up was 20 RWHP. The whole curve had more power as well.
I have also seen at least 8 header install's, probally 5 being LT headers. The least amount of gain here was 17 RWHP through stock exhaust. Highest was nearly 40 but that included exhaust at the same time. Avarage is about 21 I would guess.
As far as the Z06 intake goes I have only seen 2 guys do these without anyother mods being done at the same time. A gain of 4 on one and 7 on the other.
If you take all the lowest numbers I just wrote about you would have gained 41 RWHP.
Something's way wrong

I have this cam an it was a hell of alot more than a 11 rwhp gain. I had it tuned with the Predator and the difference was of "holy ****" caliber. I felt a increase starting at 4,000 rpm and 5,000+ is just nuts compared to the stock truck cam. Kinda wierd watching it shift at 6,500 rpm, but it makes power all the way to it. I have no regrets.
