Default slowed down after stall and longtubes

My previous best was a 12.73@109 and that was stock with drag radails. I put full suspension TCI SSF 3500 stall , long tube headers,TSP y-pipe and slowed down to 13.32@99. Does anybody have any idea what could be going on?

Did you tune for the headers...?

Does y-pipe have any restriction...?

Is full suspension heavier than stock stamped steel...?

Is engine banging off rev limiter before shifting...?

where did you run the car before? Where did you run the car after? There is no f****** way in hell you ran a 12.7@109 With a lid and gears with an a4. Something isn't adding up. Unless you were 4000 ft below sea level.

Hi,
the 3500 stall seems a bit high for your mods. A cam should free you up along with a good tune. This is probably not what you wanted to here. 2600/2800 rpm
stall would have been a better choice. However, if additional mods are in the future wait things out.have a blessed week.........captain jim

Whats your idea of full suspension? What are all the times on your time slip?

I ran 12.6 at 110 stock with a lid and exhaust, then 12 flat at 112 with a Circle D 3600 and 8" slicks. Same tune both runs.

Man, something isn't right there. You lost 10mph when you should've gained at least a couple. I'd check it really good for exhaust leaks, and there's also a chance you might be having transmission issues. Do you have anyway to log your runs with something like HPTuners?

-What was the DA and 60's on the first and second run?
-Any exhaust leaks?
-Any misfires or codes?
-How is the trans shifting? Is it bouncing off the rev limiter, shifting early, or unreasonably sluggish or anything abnormal?

Finally I have to ask, why did you go with such a questionable TC brand?

How would an exhaust leak affect it?

Kill power, throw off the 02 sensors to make it run lean, and it'll also sound nasty. If there is an exhaust leak that would only be part of the problem unless it's a really massive leak. Is your check engine light coming on?

Also, are you sure the plugs and wires are tightened and seated correctly? Sometimes the smallest things can sneak by. I had a one set of MSD wires that were a bitch to snap all the way on the spark plugs. I started it up and it was really down on power. When I double checked the plugs and wires, one wire just needed a little more muscle behind it to get it to seat on the plug properly. I'd take plug wires off, make sure all the plugs are snug, then make sure you feel all the wires snap back onto the plugs.

my 60ft was 1.91 before all my mods now my 60 is 1.81 and i have strange coil overs up front, Qa1 rears, umi tunnel mounted torque arm, umi panhard bar, umi subframe connecters, BMR lower control arms, relocation brackets. As soon as it comes out of the hole it falls on its face my 330ft is 2 tenths slower than when it was stock and as I go down the track it gets slower. Car runs fine and idles fine . No check engine lights

How the **** did you trap 109 nearly 110 stock? I trapped 110 with the setup from my signature.

My buddies t/a only trapped 108 with 1 7/8 longtubes, ls6 intake, lid, lm1.
Differnt 98 camaro trapped 110 with 1 7/8 lt, ls6 intake, lid, slp ram air, and Frost tune.
2011 GT 5.0, 6 speed, 3.73 gears trapped 111

It trapped 109 full weight the only thing I took off was the front sway bar it still had spare tire and everything. If it wasn't my car I wouldn't believe it neither but it is what it is. Some cars run better than others.

It usually only effects performance when the leak is upstream of the O2 sensors.
