I got $1000 bucks given to me for new rims on my Z28...Lets see MESH rims on CAMAROS!
The check is here!!! My dad gave me a $1000 towards new rims on my Z28. I have had this car since i was 16, my first car, and im 29. I freakin love my red Z28. I drive it everyday to work and am finally to the point where im gonna start makin my ride bad *** HOT!
Buying new rims is a huge decision for me. Once i get this right, i know i will be excited to do some more mods.
Here is what im thinking...i am definitely getting a MESH style rim. I love the racing/agressive look of most mesh rims. Of course if money was no issue i would get some Fikse's customs but since i do have a budget im looking at affordable rims like RPM 505's, tsw snettertons, and MRR GT-1. Like anyone i want as wide as i can get in the back but i want something unique that is affordable....which eliminates a lot.
Ive decided to go with staggered MRR GT-1's in the hyper silver finish (wheel studio has them for $194 each). The Bolt pattern is 5x120.7 with a 38 offset in front and 5x120.7 with a 45 offset in the rear. Getting 18x8.5 in front and 18x9.5's in rear. Gonna put new tires on as well...245/40/18's in front and 285/35/18's in rear. Plan on buying them from discounttiredirect.com...wanting the widest looking tire out back!
SINCE IM A ROOKIE AT THIS...I WANT SOME FEEDBACK! I will be buying these very soon. SHOW ME YOUR CAMARO'S WITH MESH RIMS!!
Give me your suggestions on alternative choices and what tires would you get...im gonna spend an extra $600 on the tires-- thinking NT05's in rear. I NEED HELP!

IM not sure if they are what you are looking for but the 2010 camaro wheels(20s) they are he same bolt pattern. The offset is perfect, but tire size is where you have to do some testing. Currently I am running a 245/40/20 on the front and a 275/35/20 on the rear. It's a tight fit and they rubbed when I would hit hard bumps but that was solved with a little bit of bending of the fender.
