I have a 93 z. With a lt1 from a 94-96 fleetwood. Has cai, shorties with full exhaust and 3.73's. Also deleted air/egr.

you don't NEED one, but you'll probably want one. it will wake the car up a little because of the mods done to it, but dont expect a huge gain, might give you better gas mileage as well. also it would correct the speedo for the 3.73 gears and get rid of the check engine light for the air/egr
