Negative Trader Feedback - Mtuggle86 is a scammer!!!!!!

This guy is a joke I sent him the money for the clutch and never got any thing back not even a pm. :nono: He is listing it as sold but it can't be me cause I don't have the clutch...:confused: no refund or tracking # it's been 8 days and he has logged on many times. I've pm Ed him many times just asking when he's going to ship it. How can I get my money back?:bomb:

was pmt thru paypal? you need to go ahead and contact them,if it was check or m.o. then your prob. S.O.L.

same thing here payed for ls1 backing plates on the 26th and still havent gotten a thing he pmd a few times but never did anything he got mad when i open a dispute with paypal and he said he will deal with them for rest of transaction but still havent pmd me with any info guys seems like a scammer in my book i mean dont post things for sale get paid and then take weeks before you do anything. and also he says hes never online but he opens 7 tabs do if anyone gets on his computer it shows him on but its not him lol this guy is bad to deal with sorry man hope you went thru paypal

ok so he sent me a pm today saying he was sorry about the last pm he sent and he said that he shipped mine out thru post office so the wait is on...

Dont wait-file PayPal claim today unless he can provide a tracking number.

i already opened a claim but i have til the 27th to make it go father along so well see what happens...

I also inquired about the clutch...he was in a rush for me to send the money it seems...

Also I never refused to give you a refund I Said I had taken to long to ship the clutch because I was dealing with things at home and that I would contact USPS to see if I could have the package returned to my address. If you misunderstood this sorry.

That's the correct tracking number for both. I have a tracking number for both the backing plates and clutch he's more the welcome to open a dispute with me through paypal.com.

One of the numbers you sent was good, but the other wasnt.. I'm not saying you or the OP is sketchy but I always require signature confirmation and have insurance. I have never been screwed when people say they don't get my items. Both of you guys need to take steps in the future to prevent this sort of thing. ALWAYS COVER YOUR ASS. Paypal will reimburse you with just a tracking number (a valid one) up to $250 I think. More if you show proof by signature. Your past reviews are shady at best man. Once people read that about you, you will most likely lose buyers. I wouldn't deal with you based on what I read about your past transactions even though most of them are good.

Honestly I've gotten busy and taken to long to ship parts before that is my fault But I did not scam this kid or anyone for that matter.That is the correct tracking number I received when shipping the clutch it should update in the next day or so I would think.

Also My Phone number is listed on my paypal instead of posting I was a scammer after only 6 days he could have just called my cell phone to discuss the clutch.

You Payed for the clutch at the end of the day on 3-1-11 and posted up that I was a scammer on the 8th that's not 10 days. The clutch was sent out on the 12th. Then you sent me a message that said you had bought another clutch and you wanted a refund. I told you that was fine and that I would recall the package through usps. You then hours later must have changed your mind and asked for the tracking after I had already filled out the recall form for the post office. I was slow shipping the clutch at first but it this point it is not my fault you haven't received the clutch. If you hadn't of sent me a message that you had already bought another clutch you would have received the first package days ago. although the slow shipment and responce everything is all good and the part was recieved just as he explained i am sorry for all thr trouble.
