Drivers rear wheel locking up help!

Drivers rear wheel locking up help! When i put more than 3/4 pressure down on brake pedal, the drivers rear wheel/ brake will lock up... two tires resulted in a flat spot... and traction control light will come on... the first time i had an issue with this... i was going fast and had decell very rapidly... and the drivers bread locked up.. then i never really had an issue with it... a few months later had the same issue... and now it does it almost everytime.. i looked and the breke pads and rotors doesnt look to have and stress the either... could this be a pad breke line on the drivers side rear or what .. any help appriciated thanks

Yeah i have heard of that... also now that i think of it... i resently touched up all the calipers with paint.. that could do it too... i just dont know how it could lock it up that bad... well ill give that a try and report back thanks
