Full bolt ons and a tune will have you there, if not quicker. Weight reduction will have you in the really low 12s and serious weight reduction will have you in the 11s. Gears, stall and sticky tire will pick up a ton on ET. LTs, catback, RRs, EWP, and TB will have you moving out really good. Don't forget a good tune, whether it be mail order or dyno, although I'd recommend a dyno tune. That recipe and you'll be rolling in a stock long block N/A LT1. Sample some nitrous and enjoy 11s easily. I've been trying for a good while to get 10s with just bolt ons and spray and I'm trying again in April.
