Figured this would be the best section to post this problem in. Anyways upon start up my turn downs leave a large black soot spot on the driveway and this is just idling. It's a freshly rebuilt LS2 done by me. I honed the cylinders etc. I'm thinking that maybe the rings are letting oil by them but have only driven the truck about 300miles tops. I did a oil change just the other day because it was running REALLY rich and had fuel in the oil. So I don't know if the soot is because of it running rich and it's built up in the exhaust and still coming out or if it's a continuing issue...thoughts???
