Day Time Running Lights
Alright so here is my delima. My running lights/turn signals used to blow all the time beacause they where cracked and would fill up with water and blow the bulbs... eventually i fixed those with new housings, and even replaces the passenger side pig tail to the bulb.
Then things worked great but slowly when i started the car the lights would not come on until i put my parking break down (6spd obviously) or put it in gear...
Now they will not auto turn on until i turn the switch to running lights or have my headlights up, they both blink, work ect. And I know mine used to be on all the time when the car was started. Is it a relay? what am i looking for to fix this issue THANKS EVERYONE

Its hard to read by your description. Its normal for the DRLs to stay off when the parking brake is engaged.
There are two filaments in the bulbs:
Filament 1 - DRL, turn signal, and hazards
Filament 2 - Parking lights
If your parking lights, turn signals, and hazards all work correctly when your headlights are on - then the bulbs and sockets are all good.
If your turn signals and hazards work with the headlights off but your DRLs don't turn on, then you have a DRL circuitry issue.
