Default what color is your 70-73 camaro

hey guys, just wanted some help trying to figure out what color to paint my 72 camaro. i need to decide in the next week or so, as im almost ready to spray the firewall (body color, smoothed ). im thinking fire red, yellow, white, orange or even a beige shade. the kicker is that the interior is going to be a light tan or beige. if u have pics of yours, lets see them. oh yea, mine is on a pro touring theme(setting low, 13 in disc all around, 17in summit legends(torque thrust-ish) thanks.

u can see my 2 tone color scheme on my 70. This is candy paint and its more of a show/cruiser car. But If your interior is tan, red would still go great with that! But then again so would yellow! Keep us posted on what u decide.

My 73 is factory yellow with white interior. I am in the process of full restoration and motor swap. The exterior is going back yellow and the interior is going to be black. If you are staying with tan interior I would go with either orange or red.

well ive picked a color. its one of summits 1 stage paints`, moca frost pearl metallic. its not silver, gold, or tan. my sample spray on an old fender shows it looks like all 3. im gonna run black runway stripes and am trying to close the deal on a set of custom set of billet specialies street lites that are powdercoated black w polished lips and spoke recesses . 17s. hope it turns out ok. im going to use the front and back seats from a 4th gen camaro in tan leather. it will look different anyway.

nice ...im looking to go a little more under the radar though. really bright street cars get alot of attention, not alway from the friendly type.

Talking Orange

I agree, Bright orange is not under the radar. That is why I titled it as race car only. So bright on the strip is good & looks great in pictures.
