[!LEAKING!] What rings for Greentops? HELP!
I'm using whatever o-rings that came with my SVO green top injectors. They slipped into the billet fuel rails and were snug, but I just primed the system and the driver's side is leaking like a siv.
I used the FAST o-rings for the intake side, but the tops slid right in. Like I said,t hey were snug, but not TIGHT on the lead-in. Used some sea-foam to lube them when I installed them. Do I need the FAST rings for the top of the injectors too?
This is also used on the 102 intake. Has anyone had any problems running these fat injectors on a 102? They seem to hit the openings a bit, but it doesn't seem to effect they way they should sit naturally.

^ New set of what? Stock O-rings or FAST ones? That's what I'm looking for. I'm about to just go get some stockers tomorrow. Fk it. See if it fixes the problem.
And I sat the injectors where they should sit naturally and where they seem the most comfortable. Just fearing that the intake could be getting in the way. I REALLY don't feel like taking this back off to "clearance" anything else.

Wow.. If anyone needs fuel system relate parts, I highly recommend going through Jon at FIC! Good guy to deal with and he helped me out greatly!
I was just afraid I was gonna be stuck with them.

Yeah the FAST 102 is giving me the same kind of hell. FAST said this intake would work fine with regular injectors when I purchased it. FAST sent me the wrong gaskets then charged me to get the ones it should have come with. Good luck.

^ Wrong O-rings, or port seals? They have to charge you for the product they send out, then when they receive yours, they credit you for them. It evens out.
And not to mention this POS rail setup I have is making me REALLY nervous. I got a tax return coming in this week. Gonna order the fast rails and do it right like I should have in the first place.

It was the wrong port seals and I did not get refunded. Oh well.....such is life. I have the FAST rails and mount kit. I am just going to buy the ID2000 injectors. They are the LS2 style and flow 2000cc's. I believe the LS1 injectors will work if you do not have the enlarged (over stock) injectors. I know my leak was from not sealing at the fuel rail to injector. The odd angle from touching the intake cause a faulty seal on the driver side bt not the passenger. The odd thing was we had the rails off and on for weeks with this issue not showing itself. Then we go to roll the dyno..... it reared its ugly head. Anyone need 8 160lb injectors?lol
