hey sorry i have to ask. i have an '02 TA, i have followed the directions to a tee in the firebird owners manual (pages 2-21, 2-22),,,i cannot get the interior lights to do anything but stay on,,i am or was trying to adjust the setting to Mode 1 'Both Off'. i went thru all the hoops of all the chime counts, fuse removal, ignition key routine, etc, and it doesn't seem to have any effect on the lights, they just stay on - and not for the 25 seconds the manual says. they seem to go off eventually but it takes quite a few minutes. is this just a pontiac/gm quirk and i just have to live with it? or is there something going on or not going on? thanks.
