Looking for DR's for my 17x9.5" rims

Looking for DR's for my 17x9.5" rims I was looking at these:

Do these really fit a 9" rim...I doubt it. Does anyone know, or maybe I'll try the 275...anyone know the tread rating?
Anyone else have any recommendations? M/T doesn't really last long enough and I don't think these 315 Nitto 555Rs are sticky enough and i have the feeling the NTO5R 315s are too wide by reading the sizes and the 275 might look too small compared to my front Falken 452s 275s.
What's the difference between tread width and section width anyways..most specs just show overall width..these Hoosiers show both, not sure which to look at to measure up to the Nittos. Currently I said I'm using these 555Rs which are 12.1, don't want to go any wider than that, it's pushin it.
555R 275-10.9, 315-12.1
05R 275-11, 315-12.5
Toyo TQ Proxes 275-11, 315-12.6
MT E/T Street II 295-11.6, 315-12.7
