Default Another i need help with head gaskets 853s on 6.0l

alright i have a lq4 and im putting 853s on it. The problem is the tab thats in them. I already have had them surfaced so i dont want to have it welded up and re surfaced.

these heads were on the car when i bought it. It had a 370 in it. so i know it will work.
The gaskets were the stock 99 5.7 gaskets. The motor had less than 10k miles and the fire ring still looked good.

I have been doing alot of searching and the two things i come up with is

1)

FELPRO part number 1041

Head Gasket V8 LS1
Gasket Bore 4.135
Compressed Volume 9.4cc
Compressed Thickness .041

or

2)
Use stock 99 5.7l gaskets. I know they are smaller bore

I know the best option is to sell the heads, but thats out of the ?. I already have them.

They will not work because they require graphite gaskets and your bore size is to big pony up the big bucks for a set of 241 heads.
