Running 19lb injectors when car is tune for 30lb.... Basically I purchased some used ford svo #30 injectors and had the car mail order tuned for the injectors so I can drive my car to get dyno tuned.
I put roughly 100 miles on the car and it started running like crap and read codes p0171, p0174, and p0304. After much research I ran the part number on the injectors I had and they are "pink top" 19lb injectors.....
So I ran 19lb for 100 miles on a computer that was tuned for 30lb injectors.
Can I just swap some red tops in it and be fine, is there a possibility the engine was harmed by running wrong size injectors for so long ?
