Default shifter linkage

quick question, i just replaced my busted 4l60e with another 4l60e, everything seems to be working fine but the shifter linkage is a little sloppy. Doesn't seem like it ever really clicks back into park, and when its in reverse if you just bearly tap it pulls it into neutral even when the shifter position is still in reverse. any way of adjusting this out, it feels like its maybe one tooth off but seems like it can only go on there one way. thanks in advance.

You should be able to adjust the cable where it mounts to the cable bracket mounted to your oil pan. Take a look and you'll see what I mean. Vince
