thats what i thought but wanted to make sure. the local ls guru ed wright sold out his dyno shop so i cant take it to him. have you ever heard of arch angel motorsports. thought about taking it to them.

U could always do a livernois tune via hptuners. Or go onto grrrr8.net and visit the regional forums for tuner recommendations in your area

That doesnt make any sense... Livernois locks their tunes rendering HPtuners useless.

Livernois can setup a tune for HPT, at least they told me they could over the phone a year or so.
If Ed is the closest to you then there are a couple of tuners in OKC that can tune via HPT.

Most guys with the basic tunes are, its when they get into a heads/cam/converter, etc.. car that issues pop up. A few people have had to switch tunes from them to get their setup correct. I think they do great mechanical work and I'm running one of their cams, no complaints there. But as far as tuning my trans tune was jacked, my engine would self rev/drive, idle surge like a mofo, hard starts, and was down on power big time.

im in tulsa oklahoma. wanting to get it tuned some time next month. i have a veraram cold air intake, what mass air flow do you guys think i should get not sure what to buy. want to get it before the tune

Stock MAF is fine... especially at your power level.
