10 Second Club - New best(10.47@128mph) and a damn good race, Vid inside!

Went to the track for test and tune and ran my best time. I've had better short times when I was on a drag radial, but now that I'm on a slick I found that my wheels are spinning inside of my slicks, hurting my 60'.

Thanks! I have an MS4 cam, 3600 stall, 3:90 gear, and 28x10.5 hoosier slicks. The only thing taken out of the car to save weight is the jack, spare, back seat, and front sway bar. So your guess is as good as mine as far as the weight goes. I dont mind my set up but I wouldnt do it again. I wish I had a smaller cam, a 3:73 gear, and probably a little tighter stall. Whenever I finally get a new engine, or improve upon mine I will change all of that.

Thanks, yeah that Goat was pretty damn stout. I am going to make some little adjustments to my suspension set up and screwing my slicks to my wheels so they stop spinning and going back out next weekend. I am a little curious what it would do with a stand alone with race gas and a bigger stall. I was certain when I put the gas on it would be limited to a 10.6 1/4mile due to the stock heads and intake.

whats it run off the gas? just curious as to what my 150 shot is gonna give me at the track this year.
