Default Hoe can I test my fans?

Is there a way to test and check my temp sensor. If i wire my fan off of switched ignition they come on ful blast but i want them to run off the computer. After connected them I let the car dle 25 minutes went around the block a couple time and still no fans. No thermostat in the car tho. Any help would be appreciated.

Put a thermostat in it. No reason to go without. Put the A/c on. Usually the fans run right away, especially if it was idling for that long.

You can test the relays by checking if they are getting the proper signal from the PCM. The first one I would check is the dark green wire on fan relay #1. When the pcm is commanding low speed fan on, that wire should show ground.
