That is such a sweet conversion. Sounds like you're still chasing the tune a little with that good sized cam???

BTW: What was the original power in the car? that has to turn a few heads when you crank it up in the pits.

Maybe bigger heads might give bigger headline numbers, but at what expense?
This can drag itself along in 5th at idle (90lbs/ft) at 800rpm shut throttle.

Average power is where it's at. I can lug the 427 down to 600RPM in 6th gear and pull away cleanly. Useful with the traffic we have around here.
