I thought i read somewhere that FIC can resize your injectors, I have stock LS3/LS7 injectors, i'm thinking i might need slightly larger injectors, how much does re-jeting re-sizing what ever its call cost through FIC?

Hey FIC,

Can you resize the Green Tops that came with my 112 maggie. I think they are 42lb. What can you do for me?

Did not know you could resize a stock injector. That being said, how large can you resize and it function correctly?

stock ls1 injectors go to 48@3 bar easily we machine the discharge plate. LS2 go to 60 ls3 72 ls9 go to 95. There is at least 2000 sets out there.

FIC, how are the injectors as far as tuning is concerned?

Arew they just like stock or is it a little more complicated?

Tuning a modified injector is no different than any other, the only thing changed is the discharge plate, the injector orfice nor valve is touched. All Bosch LS style injectors are the same basic injector, the discharge plate and color is the only difference. So, we copy those plates and turn yours into the size required.

So the stock ls3 are 42lb rating from factory? And the max after being modded is 72lb? And that charge is 200$ for resizing?

I have used FIC for two sets of injectors. Had some LS6's resized to 60 for a turbo 5.3. Worked great. Also bought a set of high impedence 2000's but havent used them yet (same as the famed ID2000's for much less $) Thanks FIC.

I was one of the first to try them out. I've been running my stock LS2's FIC resized to 60# for years now. No complaints.
