Default T5 5th gear set interchangability?

Are any stock 5th gear sets available to get a 5th gear OD in the 0.8 - 0.85 range on a NWC 82-87 camaro V8 T5? Will any S10, astro van 5th gear combos work?
I found aftermarket gears for WC, but I need to keep a mechanical speedo from the NWC.

What tooth count combos are available for the S10/astro van I've only found 51/25 and 61/25 which will yield 0.63 and 0.52.
I've also found the camaro 55/31 but that only gets me to 0.74 OD.

I do a lot of T5s but not many older NWC Gm units. I don't know right off the top of my head what gears you could use with a 2.95 ratio unit to get you where you want to be. I know there is an after market Ford kit that gives you a .80 od but doubt there is a similiar kit for the GM units since there are far less of them out there.

.74 is pretty damn close to where you want to be. I would adjust the rear end ratio or tire size to get it exactly where you want to be in 5th gear if its that critical.

Thanks, this is for a 5.3 swap with a 2.73 rear end (new rebuild), so I was hoping not to change to a 3.08 higher.
I've got a muncie in it now but would like to get my hiway cruise to about 2100 rpm on a budget.

A 2.95 ratio T5 is going to be pretty soft with a 2.73 rear end gear for any kind of performance. Is your unit a V8 unit or something different?

I realize the T5 is not the strongest trans, and the 1st overall isn't great. But I can probably find a camaro V8, 82-87 pretty cheap, go through it and was hoping to swap out the 5th gear. This is going in a 72 442 with a 5.3.
Finding a 0.8 OD is tough. I've got a Richmond 6 speed behind a 6.0 in my corvette, which is great since you can pick the 6th from about a dozen gears. But that's not in the budget.
A TKO will require cutting the tunnel in my 72 442, that wont fly.
So without rebuilding a newly rebuilt rear, I was hoping a T5 with a gear swap would be ok for a hiway cruiser behind a 5.3 in the Olds. No racing....
$300 for a used V8 T5, $50 for a set of used 5th gears, $125 for a rebuild kit fits the budget.
