Default what are the ft/lbs of torque on the stock head bolts???

i want to know what the ft/lbs of torque are on the stock head bolts. i am almost done removing one of my heads and i dont know how tight the new bolts need to be when i put that head back on. anybody know? also, what gaskets do i need to buy brand new again? i know i need that particular head gasket, how about the intake ?? i read somewhere that it doesnt need a new one ? is this true? how about the plate bellow the intake? i started removing it and i need to know if it needs a gasket as well.. help please
