P0171 P0174 and P0332 need HELP

P0171 P0174 and P0332 need HELP Water got into my PCM and at the time these codes were also coming up. I thought when I replaced the PCM and pin connectors (because they got corroded) it would take care of those codes, unfortunately it did not. I'm still getting these codes. Do you know what could be cause them?

Could I be getting these codes from an 02 Sensor? I cut the o2 harness to add a different o2 sensor meter and i twisted the wires together. Could this be creating a resistence in the wires?
