I was kidding. Don't buy it. There's a whole post here related to picking a cam: https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...cam-guide.html

^ and if that doesn't help, you can pay someone like Patrick G (here on LS1tech) or Ryne @ CMS to spec a cam for you. That is the best way to find a cam... Not taking advice from the first stranger on the internet to reply.

Is it for a daily driver? Do you only drive it on weekends? Do you go to "the races"? Does it need to pass the sniffer legally? How aggressive is your driving? T56 or auto? What's more important in a cam for you: street manners (better MPG, harder to stall out, etc.), or a **** ton more power? Based on that info, we can help you choose a cam... Assuming you don't want a custom-spec'd cam from somebody who for sure knows what they're doing...

its a comp cam that i have custom ground to my specs... i have a direct account with comp.... i forgot what you made, but on a c5 z06 this cam makes about 420-430ish wheel on my dyno with around 400 lbs of torque.... these are rough estimates... mid range of this cam rocks
