Don't break any plugs off smacking them with the flanges! Take them out. Also, be patient. You may have to play around with them quite a bit to get them in.

Make sure your torque wrench works properly. My friend broke mine and didn't tell me. I ended up snapping a bolt off flush inside the head. I had to load the car up on a trailer and take it to a dealership. $500 later the bolt was out. Very expensive mod for me. Oh yeah... The same "friend" pulled the end of my new plug wire off when he removed it. Other than all that it went fairly easy. The hardest thing is removing the old stuff.

FLPs are the easiest to install. Pull the dip stick tube and coil packs on the passenger side and the passenger side slips right in from the bottom. Take off the oil filter and the drives side goes right in from the bottom.

thanks alot guys, well i guess i was planning on doing this right then. i got all new plugs, and was gunna take the old ones out first, then install the headers, then put the new plugs in. also i bought oil and a new filter, so i was going to drain the oil and remove the filter before i installed the headers. also should i get a ratcheting 10mm wrench to remove the coil packs? and will that help with the header bolts at all?

You will love your 10mm gear wrench when you are done. You'll probably need a piece of radiator hose and a hose clamp for the Y-pipe on the drivers side. I've installed FLPs on 4 different cars and they all needed it where the Y is close to the body.
