Default problems with hpp3

hey guys I went to install the Hpp3 for my 98 z28 and I plugged it in and began programming itself. After is reached 100% it said to turn key off and wait ten seconds. So I do it following the book. When I plug the thing in it scans and tells me flash memory is corupt? What does this mean? I can't do anything else because this is the only screen that will come up. What should I do? Only thing I can think of now is to go back to where I bought the car and ask them to flash the pcm or set it back to stock or do whatever they can. Is there anything I can do or do I have to take it to the dealer. I drove the car around for 10 mins it felt fine. Then after parking went and launched it a few times. Everything felt normal. WTF does flash memory corupt mean? please help asap!

Doesn't hurt to try. Doesn't look like anyone here knows.
