Default HELP! Leaking under clutch pedal...

I just noticed while looking my car over there were dark spots of liquid underneath my clutch pedal.. I touch it feels like hydralic fluid is leaking out of the black cylinder that connects to my clutch pedal...

how am i going to go about replacing this?

This might explain while lately I press down my clutch pedal and try to start the car nothing happens have to pump the pedal a few times..
