Ocala, Gainsville LS1 Fam Im new to the LS1 family. Are there any car clubs, groups in the ocala, gainsville that get together and just talk car stuff and burn rubber? Let me know, i would love to come out and kick it and learn more about LS1's.

I work in Ocala, live in Keystone Heights (google it, it's easier) and my car club is out if Jacksoville. We do all of the above you posted.

Ocala here. You live in Ocala or Gainesville? There's not much local as far as fbodies or late model muscle local to us. I hang out at my shop at night sometimes during the week with some other car guys, as of late since I'm putting my car back together. There's an interesting group of guys that meet on Thursday nights up in gville at the alehouse. But besides that there's nothing local. We tried a few times but most of us are busy with sporadic schedules to keep any consistent meet going.

Agreed with black comments. I live in Gainesville and work in Ocala, and there isn't much for car clubs. I go racing about 1-3 times a month, so if you have any questions about that, lemme know!

Live in Ocala and kick it with black00ssFL, nothing really around here as far as meets go but there are a few of us cruising around

Technically, the group doing the burnouts are not the same group I'm talking about. The group I'm talking about (affiliated with IMV films) refers to that group as "team taco". "team taco" now meets at a gas station off of I75 and the first exit coming from the south into Gainesville. Technically they got "trespassed" as a group off the property along with "team taco" (being a former LEO, I'm not sure how that works as most are paying customers of ale house....and if so must be notified that they are no longer welcome and given an official trespass warning.....or they are there after hours with properly posted no trespassing signs). Either way, they still meet up for a short amount of time, don't do anything stupid in the parking lot, and drive off and do their thing elsewhere.
