This has been occurring for a few days, but I figured the site was just having an issue. I finally tried viewing the website in Firefox and it works fine.
Here's how it looks in Safari:

That's a result of ibsrv.net not loading for you. A few days ago, those running Firefox with the Adblock Plus plugin received an update that filtered ibsrv.net. A new update by the subscription removed ibsrv.net from being filtered.
So if you're running Adblock for Safari, check to make sure it's updated. It's likely blocking ibsrv.net. If that's not the case, then something in the browser is set to reject loading content from ibsrv.net
