Hi, I'm doing the whole ls1 swap thing. My questions are about what parts or rest of the harness(es) that I will need or convert. So here is what I have......

- '99 corvette motor,harness,computer n drive by wire harness,module n pedal assembly.(it was from an Automatic car)

- '02 Camaro T-56 transmission

So I'm sending my harness to Sikky, but before I send it I need to know how or what pieces or harness parts I need to make the auto engine from the vette work with the camaro t56 tranny. I didn't know if there is a section of the harness that I could just plug into the engine harness or if I'm gonna have to cut n splice to merge the harnesses. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Also I know I can do the whole drive by cable instead of the dbw, but I already have those parts n don't really want to buy everything to swap it to cable. So I have to get them to wire the dbw also with my Sikky wiring kit.

In my F-Car race car, I removed the whole wire harness for the trans.

It makes getting into reverse a little tough because you have to overcome the spring tension on the solenoid.

But I've seen no drive-ability or longevity issues with deleting it. Any codes it might set can be deleted in the ECM.

Can't help with the DBW stuff.

But I will say this ... there are only 4 or 5 wires necessary to make the motor run. It was amazing to see how much stuff could be trimmed and removed.
